Drywall
Our carpenters are extremely skilled and handpicked. We are highly experienced in metal stud framing, drywall installation and finishing, insulation, gypsum reinforced fiberglass columns and panels, metal column enclosures, shaft walls, access panels, lead lined and bullet resistant rock.
Acoustic Ceilings
Our ceiling installers have worked with a large variety of products. We are experienced in the majority of Mineral Fiber, Fiber Glass, Sound Isolation and Metal Ceiling Systems available today. We have installed Ceilings products by Armstrong, USG, Hunter Douglas, Kvadrat, Formglas, Chicago Metallic, Kinetics, Ecophon, TURF, Tectum, Sky Acoustics, Linder, Unistrut, CertainTeed and Decoustics to name a few.
Carpentry
Our carpenters are OSHA certified and knowledgeable in temporary construction requirements. We have extensive knowledge of door/hardware, finish carpentry and furniture installations.
Tape, Spackle,
Finish
Whether it’s a new build, water leak patch or Venetian Plaster Finish, our Union Tapers can tackle it all. We bring the drywall to the correct level of finish for seamless transition to paint, wall covering, spray finishes, etc... There is a direct in-house line from finish to paint to ensure all surfaces are prepped correctly and every inch of the project is accounted for.
Painting
We offer expert painting services to our clients. Our painting services range from exterior to interior painting, repaints, tenant improvements, and many more. We have extensive experience working with all types of paints, wall coverings, dry-erase paints, spray finishes, faux finishes, intumescent coatings, electrostatic spray painting, metal leafing, fabric paneling, wood finishing, and more.
Working efficiently and quickly, our union painters get the project done and done right. We can work around our clients busy schedules—nights, weekends, and/or holidays—to make the projects seamless and painless.
Management Expertise
On a daily basis, Rivco has teams of Higher Educated Construction Professionals, Seasoned Superintendents, Experienced Administrative Staff and Qualified Estimators overseeing each project and the running of the Company as a whole. Our team approach helps ensure nothing is missed as we bring design to reality
